Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because several parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The actual stock can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order could become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item if it is unused and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
